I found this Silver Roman today & I can see it says "Antonius Pius" on it but is it a Denarius please or some other denomination?

Great coin - it's a denarius. Although it says ANTONINVS PIVS, it's a coin of Elagabalus. See here for info on him, including details of the same coin:
