Well, if thats the case, Peanut, it means I couldn't detect the strip of grass that forms the bank. Angry  Except for very rare occasions the tide doesn't cover that bit. From what I can see I wouldn't chance going onto the mud. I could dissapear and never be seen again. Shocked 
Might be worth confirming with the powers that be. Thanks for your input.
