Hi Rob, nice coin, it is this coin or very similar: CONSTANTINOPLE COMMEMORATIVE – 332-333 AD. AE3. “CONSTANTINOPOLIS”, Helmeted bust of Constantinopolis left, wearing imperial mantle and holding scepter / “Mint Mark?” in exergue, Victory standing left, right foot on prow, holding sceptre and leaning on shield.
