I found this Royal arms, dated @ 1340-1405 how many fleurs de lys is in each quarter? Edward III has 3 full ones with 5-6 parts.......Henry IV up to Elizabeth is very similar with just 3 full fleurs de lys dated @ 1405-1603............I found the info under English Heraldry
