To add to Robs post

You can save your down sized picture to "save as" "or save"

Only difference is with "Save" your original Picture will be down sized too
with "savs as" you'll get an identical copy on the original except on will be small .
also choose Jpeg because places like the Ad trader only exepts Jpeg pictures

hope this makes sense lol
