(For Roman Ray or anyone else stuck on this) -- Before you start, make sure the picture file you'd like to upload is less than 250kb in size.

1/ Start new post
2/ Fill out the bulk text of the message.
3/ Click on Additional options.
4/ Click on Browse
5/ Find the picture file you want to upload to the site
6/ Double click on the picture file.
7/ Click on Post
8/ Done

Note if you want to upload more than one - up to a maximum of four pictures- after stage 6  Click on more attachmentsnext to the browse button and repeat steps 4, 5 and 6

To add to Robs post..............
If you find your pics are to big and you are unable to upload to your post, download "VSO image resizer" it`s free & simple to use.
Once you have VSO on your PC:
Right click on selected pic.
Right click on VSO.
Click on continue.
Click on profile.
select-640x480 (upto 4 pics can be added to your post at this size)
Click on Action.
Select-Resize original.
Click on OK.
Once complete(takes 5secs) click on close & Job done!
Once you have resized the pic follow Robs instructions from number 3.  Wink

Also, just add if I may, that if you use photobucket to store you Shots, you can link them directly in to your posts which saves the sights bandwidth, as you are only adding active links not actual photos.

Word of advice as well , when resizing in 'Paint'  when you come to save .

Click Save as
Then choose JPeg as type.
