This has got to be said guys as I think , youngsters these day don't get fair play In us old cronies eyes.

Scrappy joined DW back last year and started attending DW rallies at the Glastonbury Rally. I was watching him dig (unbeknownst to him) and was surprised and genuinely chuffed at how careful he returned the turfs back to their positions. In fact I was so pleased I went up to him and said as much.

Fair play on Scrappy he finds some lovely finds and whether he's finding or not, he's always head down - coil down and happy detecting. So this thread is just a big well done to Scrappy and just to say To Wayno and DB4 thanks for introducing Scrappy to DW.

ps (Guys dont turn this into a fill yer holes properly thread  Smiley)

Thanks for all the nice comments on my son (scrappy) mind you " YOU WOULD NOT LIKE TO LIVE WITH HIM".
In the house all he does is grunt when you talk to him.
I would like to thank DW for accepting Sean on the Forum its as done wonders for him. He is a kid that gets bored very easy got to be doing something all the time.

Before he got interested in this he was hanging about a park all day with so called mates doing all the wrong things

Totally agree Rob. Wayno and Scrappy always speak and are a credit to the hobby. Its good that you feel he has become a better person since the introduction to this hobby Wayne. Of course there was a motive to all this Wayne, you have now got a driver as your years advance.  Grin Grin Grin
