Haven't seen one of these before Peter, any ideas, it's copper alloy!

Nice finds i think it may be a broken bracelet looks very similar to a torc but i think that it is quite modern and might be the type worn by arthrites suffers.

Good point Dave, but have had another look and have made a small scratch digging it out and it is bronze not copper!

Not 100% sure on this one, but could be part of a Roman bracelet.
