My pops unearthed the ring and coin weight on a previous rally, and the Hammered at the Bucketful of Buckles Rally on sunday. Can anyone ID them please, no idea how You search for the identities haha.

The ring is engraved with D M  P 1 7 I H, I think. Some kind of military ring? or could it be the sort of thing You put on a birds leg to identify it?

Yeah,I'd agree Henry the third voided long cross penny, nice find. Think the weight is what is known as a coffee pot weight and is probably Georgian although you should be able to date it more accurately by the stamps on it-if it says G Or GR it will be Georgian.
Hope this helps.

Thanks guys. Yea I think there is a G under the crown stamp on the right though its difficult to see 'cause of the circle indentation. What was this used for exactly?
