Any ideas doc? I'm confused! Youl have two excuse the pics. Had two improvise in a travel lodge on my phone. Half way through a two dayer and these two popped out right at the end of the session making every thing worth while.

Nice finds. The first one is a Nuremberg jeton, probably of Hans Krauwinckel II (1585-1635).

The second is a lot earlier, and a very nice example of an English 'sterling bust' jeton of the early 14th century.

Lovely finds Steve and that English jeton is one of the best I've seen ;)

Thanks for that both. Unfortunately i can`t lay claim to the English jetton chef. My mate daz found it.  >:(
