Nice coins. The short cross is a more unusual one - it's Henry III, Class 6c2, identified by the ornamental C on the obverse. The moneyer is Ilger and the mint London.

And the long cross is also Henry III, as you thought. It's Class 5, Canterbury mint, moneyer Nicole.
