hello peeps ,had a good day today even though i have been laid off work. my mate rob aproached a lovely lady who owns some land on the mountain near us and she gave us the go ahead to detect so off we went .after about 2hrs we only had turned up the usual 303 bullets,shrapnel,tin foil and a 50 cal mortar tailfin then my mate rob said we had better get back to the car because he was picking his son up from school.we then headed back on a bit of old track and i dug up a couple of pennies and my first william 3rd silver sixpence weehee.cant wait to go back tomorow :) who needs a job anyway,i think they are over rated lol ::)

tried taking picture nobby but because its worn almost smooth i cant get a tidy shot,i will have to get a descent camera at some point.

Sorry to hear about your job situation, I know the feeling. But a big well done on winkling out the Billy, no excuses now, get out there and stop trying to find an easy way to use the Etrac...there isn't one. Learn learn learn.

o.k cheff i will try.i think thats what it is like when you buy an etrac ,you think it does everything but make the tea and you think that there is a magic program that will find you all the goodies.i am trying to learn it honest lol :)

All that gym training you've got to do, and have a musical ear as well. It takes a special sort of person!

t's good when you get the hang of it. You can do a lot of indoor training on the emulator. Have you tried it?  ;)

i have got the emulater but its only got french coins on it. ???

.................And a gym?  What exercises are you doing to build up the arm muscles?  ;D

the weight isnt a problem,used to swingin a large thing about lol.no i got a harness :)

Those that gotta boast ain't got the most !  ;D

its only 4'' but some women dont like it that wide lol :D

yes nordine,i am not a small guy but i got bad shoulders when using the etrac with 12 ''x 15'' coil.the harness helps a lot.you will c the weight of my etrac on the rally.we aint all proffesionals like cheff lol :D

Stick with it Mike  ;) its a super tool when you get the hang of it , What program are you using ?

hello pip ,i have been using the minelab coin program,mals beach program and one which just discs the obvious iron that cheff sent me.have you got any descent ones?

yeah i have had much more frequent finds inland val plus it does'nt cost me ten pound in fuel an 2 - 4 pound parking :)
