Title: Tiny gold plated object Post by: hedgehog on April 14, 2009, 10:25:26 PM Dunno what this is , it has a lump of iron on the back, did think it looked like a ring bezel when I first dug it up. Now having cleaned it up I don't understand what the pattern is supposed to be and the lump of iron on the back looks too big to be a button loop. Also don't understand why a piece of gold plating would have an iron fixing?

Just guessing but with the gold plating I think it may go back a few years , the pattern is a strange one and was wondering if it represented anything, the other thing that springs to mind is that it may be the terminal of some type of pin
