could you possibly ID this Roman coin i had today on our club dig I think its a Sestertius with fortuna seated on the reverse cheers Title: Re: SESTERTIUS I THINK Post by: probono on October 02, 2016, 07:34:41 PM It certainly looks likes a sestertius - probably of Hadrian - and it could be Fortuna seated left, or Concordia or Justitia (or at a push Jupiter, but the seated figure does look female).
