I've found Squid on the beach as well as star fish, jelly fish and dog fish.  Was about 3 or 4 years ago we had thousands of Spider crabs washed up. Sea urchins are also common. What amazes me is the quantity that get washed up.

Last winter there were several dead baby Seals around the Tenby coast. I reported them and was told they'd had lots separated from their Mothers in the storms.  So sad.

It's amazing what gets washed up on the beach. I came across this jellyfish earlier this year and it kinda looked like it just popped out of a flying saucer!

Hi Matt,
I gave all my seaglass, several kgs, to a young lady artist from Mostyn.  Wink

Not surprised at that Matthew. Some that have been well tumbled are very attractive and makes good jewellery. I nearly always come home with unusual stones. Got a bowel full on the window ledge. They look great if you cover them with clear nail polish.

I have noticed that seaglass is very brittle, but putting it in a bowel may discolour it!  Grin

Took the dogs to the beach this morning and, as usual, came home with some bits in my pocket. How about this one for odd.

That is a very strange one indeed. I thought Matthew said he was selling Seagulls on Fleabay for a moment.
