i'd be interested to know where in the UK this was found .. had it travelled far from northampton?

much appreciated Paul. Can i ask you to ask your mate to make sure that it is recorded with PAS please. We don;t have many such coins recorded on the national database.

for the past 2 years he has recorded every item found with PAS Officer for the county so much so that he has a very large backlog lol lol

I always thought that being an FLO seemed a nice job...that was until I started recording my own finds and now I've got a backlog Cheesy Now I'm not so sure Undecided
