Hi there, I'm afraid some better photo's of the coin would be needed for any accurate id and what size is the "spoon"?

Hi mate when i crop pictures to get right file size to post up they seem to look like that then il have to dig a decent cam out. The spoon thing is 5cm in length and the big end is 2cm width. Maybe medicine or baby spoon?

Yes - furniture drop handle as already said. The hammered might be Durham mint, but needs in-focus pictures.
