One of my dad's finds from today. He struggles with technology, hence me posting it up!

The reverse doesn't show anything. Anybody have any ideas?

I've found a couple of silver watch fobs that look very similar to the picture.

It seems to be lead so not sure that would fit with a watch fob but I could be wrong

Looks like a horse harness mount.
