Gileston has been one of our favourite rally locations over the years and has consistently given us many wonderful finds from Roman to medieval and beyond each time we have been there. We're hoping this visit on Sunday 28th August will be no exception.

This will be a DetectingWales.com members only rally and I'm afraid everyone attending must be over 16 years of age. Usual terms and conditions apply. Everyone who attends does so at their own risk and we recommended that everyone has civil liability insurance. If you are a member of a club you will probably already have this. Please check.

Unfortunately,as much as i would love to be there I shall be unable to attend,however,i wish each and everyone attending,a very,very,successful metal detecting rally,with some great finds,and some great weather to go with it.....👍

Can't make Gileston Rally, I promised my grand daughter   a trip to Folly farm, so good luck to all attending the rally tomorrow....

We usually meet up 8:45am - 9am for 9:30am start.

Keep an eye out on the site - you usually have someone offering a lift.

land is usually stubble and ploughed , come on guys sign up for this one , always produces the goods there  :) :)

£7 mate  , pay on the day  :)

I can't commit yet, will have to wait till last minute, and take my chance it doesn't fill up Lol. ;)

When and how will we get the postcode, never been with you before and really looking forward to it  and meeting some new faces.

if you have signed up, you will get the rally directions by personal message the night before - usually around 7pm. Check your messages from around 6pm even if on the home page it shows that you don't have any - they don't always show up on the homepage yet when you click messages, there they are!

Cant make it on the 28th sorry,hopefully next time

Completely new to this site and you guys. Love my hobby but the job has always restricted my time out with my detector. Hopefully tomorrow is on? Looking forward to meeting you all.
