X-Terra 70 user.

For those who was unaware,my Minelab X-Terra 70 froze on me at the Blackwood Rally quite early on & if it wasn`t for Neil lending me his spare machine i would have had to make an early Exit (cheers Neil)
Anyway,sent the Control box off to Ireland for repair,luckily it`s still under warranty so there would be No charge !
The guys at Minelab International LTD were absolutlely superb on the phone & explained the procedure in detail & said they would get the box back to me A,s,a,p.
Today it arrived back after 8 days away & is like NEW ! with a Service Repair Form that states:
Cleaned down PCB,
Replaced Keypad,
Realigned battery springs.
Added Sensor pad,
Realigned Unit & tested to Spec.
Parts replaced: 2.

Now i know some of you don`t rate Minelab machines & although i dissagree,you are entitled to your opinion but the customer service is second to none & can`t be faulted in anyway as far as i`m concerned.
Thank-you Minlab ! Can`t fault ya Butt !
Whatever Machine you use,what has been your experiences with the customer care & does it match up ?
P.S. A special thanks to Adie for the loan of his Minelab while i was waiting for mine !

luckily i havent had to repair mine. but from what you have said the customer service sound second to none .and for the guy who loand you his what a gent
