i started a thread about the worst gadget bought before, but now what's the best gadgets bought. mine would be garret pinpointer and in ear mp3  headphones!

Just bought a garret probe. Gotta say "it's the bees knees". Although that 15 min car charger sound the business.

Muckboots as they're warm even in cold weather, my Deerhunter jacket and 2mm Neoprene gloves (I buy three pairs at a time which last me well over a year).

Keeping warm and comfortable is a must otherwise you lose the will to live never mind detect!  ;D

without a doubt my detector-pro pistol probe.........saves digging exploder sized holes any more ........... 8)

and a mobile phone so i can text my mrs and tell her to come and pick me up if im locally ...or put my grub on lol

some good ones there.i forgot about muck boots,i get miserable when my feet get cold ;) also the trusty old flask,how would we manage without a flask? i think i would give all the gadgets up just to keep the flask. :D
