Help with these please

Need some help with these two items please...the first one is made of lead ...the other side is blank. The brooch is not hallmarked.... at least from what see.....age please?

looks like a lead token/talliies a common detetor find with many variations .the brooch is a nice find from the pic it does look silver have another look for a hallmark .
