This one came out today was very black, thought it worth cleaning up with Best Universal Grit Grime and Effluent Remover, gave it a bit of a polish and (except for the pitting) looks ok.
Has anyone found much George IV, they don't turn up very often for me?

nice one hedgehog i like to clean the grime of those coins and rub a bit of olive oil in them they tend to stay black and you can see the detail.
