Well it is a coin of the Caesar Aelius (138AD) reverse TR POT COS II - with a reverse type of Pietas and lighted altar.

You haven't indicated a metal or size - given the lack of 'PIETAS' or 'SC' across the field I'm going to guess it might very well be a denarius - but I haven't found an exact type  - the type is Pietas standing facing, head left, both hands raised in prayer, altar at feet left.
