No Val was found in border territory Near Ludlow.

Inscription reads...THOMAS RICHARDSON ESQ. DIED 29 AUGUST 1797 AGED 64.

Its 22 carat gold a stunning find am just a little chuffed and was using my new Goldenmask 4 Pro.
found at a depth of 4 inches on pasture.

I wasn't sure if I could see grains of sand on it Paul. It certainly is stunning. It doesn't look as if it had a great deal of wear, the engraving is so sharp. Lovely.
