I wouldn't run it under the tape mate, just a soft brush for that one it looks great condition, have you any more photos Wink

I wouldn't use tap water only distilled as tap water can turn that lovely green patina black, you should be fine with a cotton bud or rather lots of them but if your recording it I would consider leaving to be cleaned by the museum?
