Santas been kind to you both gents.

My detecting related presents were a new pair of combats with a thousand and one pockets (cue me searching for hours for my car keys as usual! Wink) and a set of digital scales for weighing finds and scrap gold/silver.

I have eaten far too much turkey and drunk so much whisky  Tongue - I am going into a home detox plan for the whole of January 2009! Out last night to 2am in Tiger Tiger for the Fairwater/Ely Old Boys reunion I run every year, and feel rough as Hell today and I'm off to the footie in 10 minutes - hopefully a win for the mighty Bluebirds will shake the hangover!
