had this on the same site  sunday, there is so much stuff coming out not sure what to put on anychance of an id  or date please thanks for your time mickycoin ;D ;D

hi eric, its "lead" should have added that anyway, and its plain on the reverse about 1&1/2 inces total lenght  thanks   mickycoin ;D ;D

Hi Mick It looks like a typical cloth seal, but you say it is 1 and 1/2 inches which would make it a giant in seal terms. Any chance you can actually measure the diameter of the seal in millimetres?

Yes, a cloth seal as Geoff said. It's from Augsburg, will usually have an 'A' on the other side. See here for one a bit similar:

...and date is 16th centuryish - could be a little earlier or later also.
