It's "Commemorating the Royal Visit", but can anyone tell me which Royals they are (is it Edward VII and Alexandra?) and better still which visit? My first thought was "Yes" Edward, but on second thoughts the beard looks a little long and the profile of the Queen definitely looks more like Queen Mary so I would say George v.
