Thought Eric Fosters were Sun Glasses  Roll Eyes

Best of luck with it Mike.  There should be a bit about after all these storms, go get it.

They are brilliant machines, as were all PI detectors designed by Eric Foster. The biggest problem is getting it repaired should it go wrong, so make sure it is perfect.

Hmmmm; isn't the CS4PI based on an Eric Foster design?

About 15 years ago I bought a CS 6PI and the electronics were definitely designed by  Eric Foster. Although receiving little recognition in the detecting press, to my mind it was  a great machine. It found 90% of all the gold I have detected, mainly off Porthcawl beaches. My Explorer 11 doesn't even come close as a beach machine.
