Title: What has been your nicest or most pleasing find?
Post by: hedgehog on February 18, 2009, 10:17:02 AM
I do enjoy seeing what others have found in their wanderings.
You may think this one is a load of tat, but it is the only bronze age item that I have uncovered (recovered too, another couple of ploughings and I think it may have gone for good).
Would be nice to see one (or some) of your favourites!

Found near the site of a now long gone milk bottling plant. I must have thrown six or seven away before I realised they weren't crushed foil bottle tops. I never did find 'em again. (only kidding folks!)
Edward IV Ryal 1461-1470.
