Small Holding wanted . . .

The wife and I have been toying with moving house for a number of years now and I have just spent the last two weeks searching the net for something suitable. With no luck so far. A couple that are suitable and well within the price range but tend to be too close to Bridgend and hence too far from friends family and work.

We live in Cardiff at the moment and want to head out towards the Vale, but not too far into it. We both still need to be about 20 minutes commutable from Cardiff.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Or know of any Estate Agents that specialise in selling Small Holdings?

Ideally we want a Small Holding with about 4 - 8 acres as we would like to try and live off the land a bit, have a polly tunnel, chickens, veg, etc. Preferably non detected land as well!!! I already grow tomatoes, onions, garlic, strawberries, olives {unbelievable in Cardiff}, rhubarb, etc on a small scale in my small garden, but fancy having a crack at a larger scale.

DIFFICULT THAT NEIL. EXACTLY WANTED THE SAME BUT AS I'M GETTING OLDER THE DREAM HAS FADED. ON THE NET ALL SMALLHOLDINGS ARE WEST WALES AREA .
