Title: 3 hours detecting down the beach today! Post by: matthewbullingham123 on January 23, 2014, 04:21:48 PM 3 hours down the beach, 56 bullets , 1p , a spoon and what i think is a Roman coin, some detail on there but lost some when trying to clean it. Any help would be appretiated

nice WWII haul you have there and interesting to hear that you have a possible Roman in amongst it. Try photographing the coin again and use some cross lighting; that may show up some detail.
