How about a new club in North Wales

I have tried in vain to find a cub local to Rhyl, as a beginner to the hobby I would like to be a member of a club. If others are like minded should we start a new club.
If you are interested please reply quoting you ideal location for a new club, are you new to the hobby or experienced.
