managed this today , bronze age axe head,  i think i'm correct,  sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong

Lovely find David congratulations, well it's virtually impossible to find anything older made of metal in the UK so you might as well give up now Cheesy Not 100% but think it's a Migdale type flat axe so 2.200 to 1.900 BC Wink

Thanks for your comments for your nice comments ,  i googled it and found that someone else had found one in worcstershire same measurements exactly ie 12 cm

That one had been dated 2500 bc by some expert
