Title: Re: ROMAN DENARIUS Post by: JohnF on April 03, 2009, 07:53:43 PM I was lucky enough to find a denarius hoard last may, 120 coins from mark Anthony(32BC) to marcus Aurelius(176AD). It was the best knee trembler ive ever had !! Didnt stop shaking for days.
The inquest was last week and they were declared treasure. If any of you have last Octobers copy of "Searcher" mag, i had the story published in it, and i even had my mugshot on the front cover.
