I'd say it's what's known as an Unidentified Partifact.

Love finding little things like that. Could be part of anything but what about a clothes fastener for starters  Roll Eyes

Hey Richie,I'll have a go at a broken bronze horse pendant,and I will stick my neck out and say early twelfth century,as I said,its only a stab in the  dark mate!!,great little find though,very well saved mate......nice!!👍
