Buckle dated 1250-1500 by Whitehead type 53. Found at Syde Gloucestershire at about 4-5 inches.

A Shoe Buckle Whitehead Type 665 - 667. Dated 1720-1790. Found at Leinthall Starkes in Herefordshire at a DW Rally at about 5-6 inches.

A part of a Shoe Buckle dated 1720 - 1790. Missing its pitch fork style tongue this is a Whitehead type VII that would have fitted to a Whitehead type 668 - 669 rounded Buckle. Found at a depth of 7 inches at Kinnerton in the Waltonbasin,Radnorshire Powys.

A buckle classed by Whitehead as a type 135 made of a copper alloy and dating from the period 1350 - 1400 ad Found at Almeley in Herefordshire at a depth of four inches in pasture.
