Title: Re: any settings you reccomend for quattro any help please am a newbie in wrexham th Post by: Meatslicer on May 23, 2011, 09:35:55 PM $250 is a good price for a decent condition machine.
The only real difference between the quatro and modern machines like the Etrac is the speed of recovery. I borrowed one for a few weeks when I was trying to decide what to get. I particularly like the icons on there that had the dollar sign. If it says its money, it probably is. I bought the etrac but still miss having a dollar sign for when you get a good diggable signal. Leave it in all metal and sensitivity as high as you can get without permanent false signal and you can't go far wrong.
