Back out to the small silage field again today.

Two items below not sure of ID.

Bottom one, nearest I got was a 'hooked sword belt mount', top item modern?

top item looks like 1 half of a modernish 2 part interlocking buckle ,

the bottom item has rust marks on it probably from nails it might be an old coat hook or similar looks to have a bit of age to it though  Undecided

Well done Doug Wink I'm with you on the lower item definitely a sword hanger but no idea on the other I'm afraid.

Thanks for your suggestions, I was working on the bottom one having the remains of two rivets.

Top one I think you are right in it being a modern type fastening................Doug

Thanks Geoff, looking around the various data bases I could not see one of that shape, rounded ones and the leaf shape ones I have found before but not this shape.............Doug
