I Like the look of that, it's got some good features.  The main problem with the Garret is the position of the on/off switch. Having it on the top seems more sensible. Same goes for the speaker position.
Couldn't find a U.K supplier so tried Germany.  Got a link to one company who didn't seem to have them listed so can't get any idea of price. One thing I always watch out for  though is too many functions. The more it does, the more that can go wrong.
I'm sure Geoff must know something about these, he's usually first in the know.  Any comments Geoff ?

Hi Val yes the Makro is available (pre launch) direct from Makro in Turkey at £92 inc shipping, there is currently no distributor in the UK and I believe the worldwide launch (shops) will be at the beginning of November. As to what the retail price will be then I have no idea. Wink

I'm really tempted to get one of these,keep holding out only got one I made witch is pritty good but I feel it's time to give one chance,all the bad reviews of the others keeps putting me off,Mabbie I will sleep on it haha
