Gaahhhh. Stripped my York exercise bike down today and managed to work out which part was faulty. Only to be told by York that they do no sell parts for this machine any longer. Never mind I have a crappy bike I can go on....

If anyone has a running machine for sale I would be very interested in hearing from you. Must be able to take Elephantastic Weight though.

I got the JTX sprint5 from via E Bay which was £449 delivered within two days. It's fully electric and like
industrial quality with very good back-up and warranty.  Smiley

Has 20 step incline so will get you sweating!  Grin

You may get one cheaper but too cheap and you may regret it.

as bob kinda suggested if your getting one it pays to buy a good un.we had one up until about a year ago, best thing weve ever had for drying and hanging clothes on.
join a gym fella because they have up to date programable machines that are excellent, built in tv an all that.
once you have payed to join you will think twice about not going, try get a mate to go with you though much more incentive to go then.i am going back to the gym when i get home and taking the mrs. swimming good all round excercise too fella
problem is you dont think your losing a lot of weight at first because your putting muscle on which weighs more than fat but after a couple of months you will see a hell of a difference
keep it up and good luck mucka.
