The club is looking to put on a coach to the 12th Rotary Autumn Rally.
Date: 6th September 2009
Venue: Greenhill Farm, Breach Lane, Wootton Bassett, Swindon
History: Saxon & Roman
Cost: £20 (£5 coach plus £15 ticket)
Other: Refreshments; Toilets; Trade Stands

So far, we only have 12 names down - we need more people to make a 
coach viable - we need names now and full payment by our August club 
meeting. Please add your names here if you are interested (Cardiff Scan members only).

I can't make it I am afraid as its the Kidney Research 10k race in Cardiff and I run it most years. Mind you it starts at 10am - be finished by 11am - could be in Wootton by midday!

Ladies and Gents - due to an underwhelming demand for places on the coach we announced at the Scan Club meeting last night (Wednesday 12th Aug) that the trip to the Wootton Bassett rally was off.
On the bright side, Steve Beverstock has found us a site for Sunday 23rd August 09 - Peter H (Doc) will be putting the details of this on the web site soon. Smiley

Also - just to say a big 'thank you' to Tafflaff, Neil and Admin who very kindly held-fire on finalising a DW rally on the 6th Sept until the meeting last night. Kiss
