Title: Beach Detecting Permission Post by: Tafflaff (Rob) on August 06, 2009, 02:07:04 PM As per the Land needed thread , the subject has come up of gaining permission to detect on beaches. I was always under the impression that beach detecting was free and available to all . No permission needed ect. ect. I know Crown Estates have produced a liscence (free in Wales) to detect on their beaches (ok maybe they own Crown beaches) but what is the Law ?
