Title: Hammered and Brooch
Post by: Farshot (Simon) on August 19, 2012, 04:57:27 PM
So, we had permission to detect on a little bit of farm land close to a Roman settlement near Swindon.
Found this hammered, an awesome little brooch with a face (My first bit of Roman, if it is) and a few other junky items, including this strange belt clip or button thingy mabobber with the remains of a shiny gold colored coating.
