Anyone have any idea what the first item is and can anyone id the swivel ... Thanks
I can put more pics up if needed the first item don't look that crude until you zoom in and then it looks as if it is done freehand.

The swivel is a difficult one to date as they have been used virtually unchanged from Roman through every era since to the modern day Huh
The crescent item looks interesting but we could do with some idea of size and a pic of the reverse if pos Wink

Many thanks Geoff
Its something that has been driving me nuts lol
It is so well made and at the same time crude I think that is what I like about it.
The swivel is a big one the closest I came to it was a lot smaller.

The swivel thingy could be harness related.   It's very similar to some I've got and I'm pretty sure they haven't changed much over time.

No it's a different design, if you look the swivel part on that one is enclosed in the centre but with yours it comes right through and is domed which makes me think it's slightly more modern Undecided
