Title: After the rallys bits.
Post by: Dale on January 26, 2014, 12:01:34 PM
Hi all,

After yesterdays rally we headed to a local farm as we was passing to hunt out a little roman, a few did surface but we was drawn over to the medieval area.
My first hit was a Mary groat fragment the 3rd one from this area now, I think its a Tudor purse loss as I have found parts of the frame, its a shame the coin has plough damage as the detail is very sharp for a Mary  :'(
The second hammered went to my mate ;)

So with the rally, a day of detecting, it was a very enjoyable day.
