Title: Silver faces Post by: Dylan on August 28, 2015, 06:07:59 PM A friend of mine found this strange artefact and has struggled to identify it and I haven’t seen anything like it either. It looks like it’s made of silver. There is what looks like a suspension loop and there were probably four ‘arms’ originally which swivel around the centre piece which looks a bit like a rose. Two of the arms have been snapped off but on the two remaining arms are little heads. Any ideas about and date and what it is?

I've never seen anything like it before so I've learned something today - that's the beauty of this hobby, there's always odd things that come out of the ground that you can't identify; most are nothing interesting but then you find something like this!
