Hi,
Does anyone have an E mail address for Minelab repairs in the mainland UK? I can find one for Ireland only.

    Thanks

I think they stopped doing repairs in the UK about 2 years ago, all repairs now go to Co Cork.

Last time I sent my Etrac back for repair, it would of been cheaper to get a Ryanair return and deliver it myself. Shocked
just send the control box and coil, not the shaft.

I thought that about the postage costs. Thats why I hoped I could get it done in the UK. When you think about the price of the original detector and subsequent repairs it gets a bit extortionate.

Huh Where did you send it in the UK Sandpiper. If there is one in the UK it must be new. The email address, telephone number and Finbar are all in Ireland, the number looks UK but it just transfers you to Bandon.

Hi Chef
the process is to book the detector in through minelab in Ireland, they do all the admin and payments over the phone
Ive put the UK address in a safe place.... so safe I cant FIND it ... which is typical of me, It was definately sent to a UK address I think it was Sutton in Surrey  hopethis helps
