in a new field tonight, found the heart under a tree and the brooch not far away. good few hours finding  Shocked

The brooch isn't a brooch, it's a pendant.   It was known as diamanté and was very popular in the  1950's and 60's. The setting was very much the same for all examples. Usually each stone was set in white metal. All examples were bold and very brassy (cheap).  Good one here, have a look.

The heart is a horse brass, i found one in same condition, stuck it in my coin tumbler and it now is back to brass  Smiley
